How does myMemory Vault work?

Users choose a category, create a memory, store memory, find memory and set notifications. myMemory Vault keeps information and documents organized in one centralized location, making information and documents accessible anytime, anywhere

If you cancel your subscription, then you won’t have further access to your MV account and your account will be deleted permanently.

Don’t worry as your user data will remain safe and secure. When you enroll and create a profile, you have the option to assign “Trusted Contacts ” for your account under your settings. This is an individual(s) you assign to take over management of your Memory Vault account in the result of your death or incapacitation. “Trusted Contact” will contact Memory Vault Co. to update us of your status with a death or medical certificate. MV will then perform a verification and if there is no dispute or contact within 30 days, then account management will pass to your selected “Trusted Contact” . If no “Trusted Contact” is chosen, your MV account will remain in the system for 60 days then permanently deleted thereafter.

You can edit a memory at any time by following these steps:
1. Go to your account at www.mymvgateway.com
2. Click on the memory you want to edit from your dashboard
3. You ’ll see links to edit your memory (and don ’t forget to hit “Save ”)

There is no data lock-in with MV. MV is committed to making it straightforward for users to get all data into, and out of, MV at any time. MV’ s software allows users to export all memories and content in human-readable HTML, as well as a fully documented machine-readable XML format.

Yes. You can secure your documents in your personal memory vault.

MV is not directed to minors, and any use by minors should only be done with the guidance, supervision and consent of their parents. MV relies on parents and guardians to ensure minors only use the MV platform if they can understand their rights and responsibilities as stated in these Terms & Conditions and MV Privacy Policy.

Once a user creates an MV account and have accepted the Terms & Conditions, user may access and use the MV platform so long as use is not barred from using the platform under laws applicable to user in the jurisdiction in which user signed up.User may continue to use platform until user closes their MV account voluntarily or until MV closes users account pursuant to these Terms & Conditions. In addition, you are granted a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the MV Software provided to you for the sole purpose of enabling you to use the MV Platform subject to any applicable license terms provided with the MV Software and these Terms & Conditions, until your rights are terminated in accordance with such license and/or these Terms. You do not obtain any other right or interest in the MV Software or the MV Platform.

MV may revise and update these Terms & Conditions in our sole discretion, and will post any updates to the Terms on the Platform or website. Your continued use of our Platform, or any other service provided through the Platform, means that you accept and agree to the modified Terms & Conditions. If MV does update these Terms, you are free to decide whether to accept the updated terms or to stop using the MV platform (see “Request to Cancel”)

Every memory created in MV platform is private by default. MV systems automatically analyze user data in order to power MV features, such as search and related notes, and to tell users about important features and products that MV thinks will enhance user experience, but MV never gives or sells content to any third party for advertising purposes. In addition, MV takes many precautions to protect user data from accidental loss and theft. All memories are stored in a secure data center with multiple redundant servers, storage devices and off-site backups. Communications between users and servers are all encrypted. MV provides industry-leading security technologies, like two-factor authentication, to all users, and we’re constantly investing in ways to improve data protection. We take the utmost care in protecting your password and no one at MV will ever ask you for it.
