By consenting, the user grants explicit permission for their anonymized data to be included in aggregated datasets, without sharing any personally identifiable information (PII) or individual vault content.

2. What will NOT be shared

myMemory Vault Co. only uses anonymized information which means we will never share:

• Personal identity information
• Individual vault content
• Raw documents or files
• Contact details or communication history
• Any information that could be used to identify the user
• Behavioral mapping tied to a specific individual

All shared insights undergo an anonymization process that meets industry and regulatory standards.

3. What data may be used

myMemory Vault Co. may use derived, metadata-level, and classification-level information, including:

• Document categories (e.g., insurance, banking, identity, legal, health)
• Document types (e.g., statements, policies, certificates)
• Non-identifying metadata (e.g., document age, frequency of updates)
• Behavioral interactions with the vault (e.g., number of uploads, organization patterns)

No raw documents, images, files, personal identifiers, or identifiable content will be used.

The user agrees that myMemory Vault Co. may process anonymized data to create aggregated insights such as:

• Insurance or pension coverage patterns (anonymized)

These insights may be shared with myMemory Vault Co.’s partners (e.g., banks, insurers, pension agencies, or research partners) only in fully aggregated, anonymized form to enhance product offering.

5. Consent Characteristics

The user acknowledges that:

• Consent is explicit, informed, and voluntary.
• Consent is collected through a clear opt-in mechanism.
• Consent is not required to access core vault services.
• Consent will remain valid until revoked by the user.

Withdrawal of consent will prevent future use of the user’s anonymized data in new aggregated datasets.

6. Right to Withdraw Consent

The User may withdraw consent at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

Upon withdrawal:

• The User’s data will be immediately excluded from future aggregated analytics processes.
• Previously aggregated datasets, which cannot be de-aggregated or re-identified, will remain in use.

7. No Impact on Core Services

Refusing or withdrawing consent:

• Will not affect the User’s ability to access, store, manage, or share documents in the memory vault.
• Will not reduce service quality or functionality.
