These insights may be shared with myMemory Vault Co.’s partners (e.g., banks, insurers, pension agencies, or research partners) only in fully aggregated, anonymized form to enhance product offerings.
5. Consent Characteristics
The user acknowledges that:
- Consent is explicit, informed, and voluntary.

- Consent is not required to access core vault services.
- Consent will remain valid until revoked by the user.
Withdrawal of consent will prevent future use of the user’s anonymized data in new aggregated datasets.
6. Right to Withdraw Consent
The User may withdraw consent at any time through account settings or by contacting customer support at support@mymvgateway.com.
Upon Withdrawal:
- The User’s data will be immediately excluded from future aggregated analytics processes.
- Previously aggregated datasets, which cannot be de-aggregated or re-identified, will remain in use.
7. No Impact on Core Services
Your Access Remains 100% Intact
Refusing or withdrawing consent:
- Will not affect the User’s ability to access, store, manage, or share documents in the memory vault.
- Will not reduce service quality, upload speed, storage allocation, or platform functionality.
