How it works

A clear path from information to trust.

See how personal Vaults, verification services, Monitor and the developing Digital Trust Platform fit together.

Personal Vault

Organize. Find. Share.

  1. 01

    Set up your Vault

Create an account and organize your profile and categories.

  2. 02

    Add what matters

Store documents and memories with descriptions that make them easy to find.

  3. 03

    Keep the right people connected

Use selected sharing, Trusted Contacts and reminders as appropriate.

ID Verification & Proof of Life

From invitation to reviewed result.

  1. 01

    The organization defines the request

MV and the requesting organization agree the purpose, customer group and evidence requirements.

  2. 02

    The customer receives an invitation

The customer follows the approved link and reviews the instructions and applicable consent information.

  3. 03

The customer completes the required checks

Depending on the program, this may include an identity document and a selfie or live-presence check. Requirements vary.

  4. 04

    Results are reviewed

The requesting organization applies its acceptance rules, with additional review or retries when needed.

Monitor

Screening is the start of a review process.

Digital Trust Platform · In development

A consented path from identity to opportunity.

Reuse trusted information with a clear purpose.

The DTP concept connects an individual’s identity and selected Vault information with approved organizations. The proposed journey lets the individual choose an opportunity, review the requested information, use Click & Fill, and confirm consent before submission.

Availability, participating organizations and accepted verification evidence will be confirmed as the platform develops.

  1. Choose a participating organization
  2. Review the identity and information requested
  3. Check the prefilled application
  4. Confirm consent and submit
Clarity before you continue

Know which experience you are entering.

Are the registration and DTP experiences on this website live?

The embedded organization registration and DTP journeys are demonstrations. Use fictional details. They do not create an account, transmit a registration or open an account with a participating organization. Vault Log In opens the live MV login page. Signup and app-store links lead to external services.

Can I change the services I select?

Yes. In the unified registration demonstration, go back to Choose services and update your selection. Shared organization details remain available during the same session.

What should I prepare for a verification request?

Follow the requesting organization’s instructions. You may need an accepted identity document, a camera-enabled device and a clear environment. Use the support or alternative route provided if you cannot complete the checks.

What happens to information after it is shared?

The applicable policies and service agreements govern data handling. An organization may have its own retention obligations. Review the stated purpose and terms before authorizing a real request.
